The Air Jordan IX ‘Cool Grey’ isn’t an OG colorway, but it actually does sort of have a stronger tie to Michael Jordan than the original set what with the retirement thing. Since he was away from the game at the time, Michael didn’t rock any of the OG Air Jordan IX’s in the NBA, but the ‘Cool Grey’ pictured here did see some on-court time during his Wizards career.
